Hotel Meier City Muenchen - Münih

I had to changed rooms 2 times at the hotel. Room number 406 and 501. At last I stayed at room 406. This was my second trip to Munchen and I never recommend to stay this hotel. 2 staff’s behavior (at the reception desk) is unacceptable standard. There is no wireless internet at the room 406. and 501. Wireless internet is only at the corridors of the general area. About the internet, the girl stuff at the reception make a noisy, rude and angry tone conversation with me. Hotel book which is at room they write wireless internet, but the have not wireless at theese rooms. She is shouting and accused to me about my iphone5 has a problem. But my iphone5 is correctly perfect about the wireless. I use it from the 400years old building and underground. The hotel book which was at the room, there is no internet distribütör at 2 flats. At night time we want to change our rooms and go upstairs.Room number 501. But, the girl staff of the reception still shouting at me at the corridors, and another guest, request her, to make this conversation another place. I can not believe such a rude staff to work this kind of hotel. In room 406, water in the shower accumulating. I said this problem but nobody repair this problem in 3 days and the reception man (night stuff) sarcastically and he said not a problem. There is only two piece of note paper at the room. There is no pen or pencil at he room. There is no wireless internet at he room. In room 501. There is no large seat, there is no heating towel radiator at the bathroom, there is no cabinet door and very small area for cloths. The staff left the window open and the room is really cold. The room is incredibly smelled of cigarettes. Walking area is very narrow. Safety box is too high, you can’t see inside. Mirror is behind the place of suitcase, so when yuo put your suitcase you can’t use the mirror efficiently.
